A quick guide

How to use PDF to JPG

  1. 1

    Add your PDF

Choose one or more PDFs. You can preview their pages before converting them.

  2. 2

    Choose pages if needed

All pages are included by default. Open Advanced options for page ranges such as 1–3,5 and a render-quality setting.

  3. 3

    Download the JPGs

Choose PDF to JPG. Each selected page becomes a separate JPG, packaged together in one ZIP file.

A page image is different from extracted text

This tool renders the whole page, including text and pictures. It does not extract the original embedded photos. Text inside a JPG is no longer selectable. For example, a five-page PDF with the range 2–4 produces three JPGs. In a batch, the same page range applies to each PDF, so it must be valid for every file.

Common questions

Can I choose just one page?

Yes. Enter its page number in Advanced options under Pages to render. Leave the field blank to convert every page.

Which quality should I use?

High is the default. Standard produces fewer pixels, while Very high creates larger images and uses more device memory. Choose the setting that suits how you will use the JPG.

What if I need PNG instead?

Open PDF Studio and choose PDF to images, where PNG output is available. This dedicated page exports JPG files.
