PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE BELOW ‘TERMS OF SERVICE’ (TOS) BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH OR USING VNSHORTENER. BY ACCESSING OR USING VNSHORTENER, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE ‘TERMS OF SERVICE’.

This TOS shall also be binding to those who have directly registered via Google Account.

If anyone is found or reported breaking any of the rules of this TOS, their account will be removed and all earnings forfeited in addition to any legal action that VNS may initiate under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.

1. Definition:

a. ‘Content’ means the website you are using in conjunction with the Service.
‘Service’ means the access to a rich collection of resources, including, various communications tools, forums, shopping services, and personalized content that VNS provides to its users.

a. ‘Website’ means the website of vnshortener.

b. ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer of the Website.

c. 'Vnshortener.com’ or ‘VNS’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner(s) of the Website.

2.Acceptance of Terms

4.Defaults

If there are no advertisers on the Service for your traffic demographics then a 'default' advertisement will be shown. You may change the 'default' advertisement under the Account section of the website. Default advertisements are not paid for by VNS.

5.Service URLs

VNS reserve the right to remove any 'URLs' associated with your account that did not receive any clicks in the last x months

6.Policies

VNS may implement various policies including but not limited to Payment Policy, Policy on Registration and Account Handling, Policy on Content and use of Link, Privacy Policy and you agree to abide by all such policy as may be implemented by VNS from time to time including any amendment to such policy thereof.

The Policies implemented by VNS shall be an integral part of this TOS and any breach/violation of such policy shall be considered as breach/violation of this TOS.

7.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VNS, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, administrative charges, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. No resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your VNS I.D.), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

VNS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that VNS shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:

a. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "As is" and "As available" basis. VNS expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. VNS makes no warranty that

i. the service will meet your requirements.

ii.  the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.\

iii. the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

iv.  the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.

v. any errors in the software will be corrected.

c. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from VNS or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the TOS.

11. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that VNS shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, inter alia, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if VNS has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

a. the use or the inability to use the service.

b. the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service.

c. unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

d. statements or conduct of any third party on the service.

e. any other matter relating to the service.

12. Link Creation Limitation

i. Use a Single Link Shortener: To streamline the process and ensure accurate tracking of earnings, we require users to use only one link shortener website when shortening their links. Utilizing multiple link shorteners for the same link is strictly prohibited.

ii. Account Suspension and Revenue Deductions: Violating the link creation limitation policy may result in the suspension of your VNS account or deductions from your earned revenue.
